Disney Epic Mickey Collector's Edition Announced

It appears as thought Disney Epic Mickey is going to have a Collector's Edition, helping to make Disney Epic Mickey a little more epic.

Unveiled at Toys "R" Us's website, the Collector's Edition of Disney Epic Mickey will contain the following:

• Disney Epic Mickey Game
• A Bonus DVD dedicated to Behind-the-Scenes videos and specific marketing assets
• A five-inch Mickey figurine
• and skins for a Wii Remote and Wii console.

The cost for the Collector's Edition is slated as $69.99 on the website, available for preorder now. While I think an artbook would have been better than the skins, an extra DVD and figure seem pretty worthy of the extra dough.

Disney Epic Mickey is an adventure title starring Mickey Mouse as he ventures into the Wastelands of forgotten Disney characters and locations. Here he will meet Lucky the Rabbit, Walt Disney's first creation before Mickey Mouse. The game, developed by Junction Point and directed by Warren Spector, is expected to launch exclusive to Wii mid-November this year.
