Month in Review: August 2010

Okay, a week late, but blame PAX Prime for happening so darn close to the beginning of the month. Or flying monkeys. They deserve to be hated on.

Month in Review: August 2010

Well, this was a pretty spectacular month. Gamecom 2010 was full of a number of smaller announcements, and Irrational Games' big announcement was relatively stellar. A collection of other game announcements and company updates filled the remainder of the month.

For 3RM, we started "Wacky Wednesday" segments, but the big site is still not ready, thanks to our artist working his butt off trying to get a job to pay off student loans. In the mean time, this blog will slowly become more website-like, at least until a fully-functional site opens up.

Which means reviews will arrive in the next couple weeks.

Anyways, here's the video

The games for the month of note included Madden NFL 11, Scott Pilgrim VS the World, Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, Mafia II, And Yet it Moves, Shank, and Metroid: Other M.

Did we miss out anything big that happened in August? Tell us!
